Trips to the Best Museums in Florida. There are great museums with free admission and others are located at historic sites. These are our trips to the ones we really love talking about. In fact, we visit them very often and have been to a couple of museums outside the Central Florida area. Some of our favorites are Cornell Fine Arts in Winter Park and the Silver Rivers Museum in Ocala. In addition, others that we consider great to visit are the Richloam Museum, Fort Clinch in Jacksonville and Mission San Luis in Tallahassee.
